Login and Account Access
If you cannot log in, try requesting a new sign-in code or using the Google sign-in option in the App. If you continue to have trouble, email us from the address associated with your account.
Billing and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are handled through Google Play. For purchases, cancellations, refunds, or billing questions, visit our Subscription Help page. If Google Play directs you to contact the developer, reach out to the email below.
Account Deletion, Data Export, and Privacy

Bug Reports and Feedback
Found a bug? Have a feature idea? We want to hear from you. When reporting a bug, please include:
- Your device model and operating system version
- The App version (found in Settings)
- A clear description of what happened, what you expected to happen, and steps to reproduce
- Screenshots if helpful
Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, health records, or private content from another person unless it is necessary for us to help and you have the right to share it.
