Dossier Plus Plans

Dossier AI offers an optional paid subscription called Dossier Plus. Dossier Plus unlocks additional features, higher usage limits, and exclusion from Dossier AI's own model-training/model-improvement pipeline for Plus content.

Pricing is displayed in the App and on Google Play before you confirm your purchase. Prices may vary by region, currency, tax treatment, eligibility, promotions, and Google Play settings. The price shown by Google Play at checkout is the controlling price for the transaction.

Billing Through Google Play

All subscriptions are purchased, billed, and managed through Google Play. Google Play’s terms and payment policies apply to your subscription. No external purchase links are provided; all transactions happen within the App via Google Play’s billing system.

Dossier AI does not receive your full payment card number from Google Play. We receive subscription and entitlement status needed to unlock paid features, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain billing records.

Auto-Renewal

Both plans are auto-renewing. Your Google Play account will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Google Play may send you a reminder before renewal.

If Google Play changes renewal timing, grace periods, price-change consent, refund handling, or cancellation mechanics, Google Play's current rules and purchase flow control.

How to Manage or Cancel

To manage, change, or cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  2. Tap your profile icon and go to Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  3. Find Dossier AI in the list.
  4. Tap to view details. From here you can change your plan, cancel auto-renewal, or update your payment method.

If the App provides a manage-subscription shortcut, it will route you to Google Play. Otherwise, use the Google Play Store steps above.

Restoring a Purchase

If you reinstall the App, switch devices, or your subscription status is not reflected in the App, you can restore your purchase:

  1. Open Dossier AI and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Restore Purchases.
  3. The App will query Google Play and restore your active subscription.

Make sure you are signed in to the same Google account you used for the original purchase.

Entitlement Changes

If payment fails, a subscription expires, a refund is granted, a charge is reversed, entitlement verification fails, or Google Play reports that a subscription is inactive, Dossier AI may downgrade your account to the free tier or remove Dossier Plus features. Your saved memory data is not deleted solely because your subscription ends, but paid-only limits and features may no longer be available.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Google Play. Visit Google Play’s refund help page for instructions. Google Play’s refund policy determines eligibility. In regions where consumer law requires direct refund handling by the developer, please contact us at service@dossierai.ca.

Trials, Promotions, and Price Changes

Trials, introductory offers, promotional pricing, taxes, renewal notices, and price changes are controlled by Google Play and may vary by region or eligibility. Any offer shown in the App is subject to Google Play confirmation at checkout.

Free Tier

Dossier AI also offers a free tier with limited features. You can use the free tier indefinitely. No payment information is required for the free tier.

Deleting Your Account Does Not Cancel Your Subscription

Deleting your account through the App does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Google Play to stop being charged. See the cancel instructions above.
